Marketing Technical Assistant

We are seeking a Marketing Technical Assistant to join our team in New Jersey. This is a full-time onsite role supporting coordination between training, marketing, and technical teams, helping ensure smooth execution across candidate preparation, documentation, communication, and delivery processes.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the Training, Marketing, and Technical teams
• Track candidate progress across resumes, mock interviews, and delivery workflows
• Coordinate communication across multiple teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
• Maintain and organize data, documentation, reports, and SOP materials
• Assist with pre-marketing processes, project coordination, and technical support initiatives
• Provide operational support for marketing activities and candidate readiness processes

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and follow through on execution
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Prior experience or background in marketing, technical support, training operations, recruiting, or related fields is preferred
