Marketing Project Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join a leading financial services organization in McLean, VA. The Marketing Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the Auto Product Strategy team and the Marketing organization, driving cross-functional initiatives and ensuring successful execution of marketing projects. This position will be hybrid in Mclean, VA!

Responsibilities of the Marketing Project Manager include:

• Manage vendor and partnership relationships, including contract oversight.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple departments to align with business objectives.
• Utilize Asana to manage project workflows, compile reports, and maintain visibility.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign execution and performance tracking.
• Support digital marketing analytics efforts (Google Analytics experience preferred).

Qualifications for the Marketing Project Manager include:

• 5+ years of project management experience in consumer banking or credit union environments.
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows and cross-organizational project coordination.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Experience with automobile lending products is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Exposure to digital marketing analytics (Google Analytics).
• Project budgeting experience is a plus.

Compensation for the Marketing Project Manager includes:

• Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
