Head of TikTok Growth & Social Commerce

We are seeking a Head of TikTok Growth & Social Commerce to own and scale a high-impact TikTok ecosystem that drives both brand engagement and revenue. This role blends creative leadership with performance marketing, building a creator-led engine that converts attention into sales. You will oversee TikTok strategy end-to-end, from influencer partnerships and content production to live commerce and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel TikTok growth strategy focused on audience growth, engagement, and conversions
  • Build, manage, and scale a high-performing creator and influencer network
  • Launch and oversee a scalable TikTok internship or creator program producing high-volume content monthly
  • Manage TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, promotional campaigns, and live shopping events
  • Own performance tracking and reporting across ROI, engagement, and creator effectiveness
  • Monitor platform trends and integrate emerging formats and cultural moments into content strategy
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and analytics stakeholders to align execution with growth goals

Profile

  • Background in creator marketing, influencer programs, or direct-to-consumer growth
  • Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and monetization mechanics
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to scale performance-driven initiatives
  • Clear communicator who builds strong relationships with creators and internal teams
  • Hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience driving social commerce sales, including TikTok Shop and live commerce
  • Expertise in full-funnel TikTok strategy from awareness through conversion
  • Comfortable managing significant GMV targets and performance benchmarks
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
  • Highly data-driven, leveraging insights to optimize content and sales outcomes
  • Experience scaling creator or influencer programs for consumer brands

  • TikTok Shop Seller Center, TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Notion, Google Sheets, Euka, Trendspotting Tools
