- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals.
- Manage social media scheduling using tools ensuring consistent posting schedules and timely responses to audience interactions.
- Monitor social listening channels to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage insights to refine campaigns.
- Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and increase organic reach.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using platform-specific tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Oversee campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to maximize ROI while maintaining brand integrity.
- Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice before publication.
- Familiarity with social media management tools for scheduling and analytics tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience managing public relations and community outreach
- Excellent proofreading skills combined with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate across diverse audiences.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email and social media promptly and professionally.
- Track and analyze enrollment metrics to optimize marketing efforts
- Aquatics knowledge preferred, but not required
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
