Associate Design Director

We are seeking an Associate Design Director to lead a team of creatives producing best-in-class social-led content for major accounts in home, fashion, and more. As part of a dynamic creative team, you’ll work closely with leadership to elevate design, exceed client goals, and manage a team of talented designers. We’re looking for someone passionate about digital and social media, with a knack for redefining how brands approach editorialized social content.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with client teams to elevate design and content creation across multiple social channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
Lead the ideation and production of both static and video content.
Spearhead efficient processes, tool integration, and manage external digital production.
Execute conceptual design work in alignment with brand and agency standards.
Lead brainstorming sessions and provide mentorship to creatives.
Manage high-volume content production from ideation through execution.
Pitch digital editorial content and campaign-level ideas to clients.

Qualifications:

7-8 years of experience in an agency setting, with at least 2 years of management experience.
Expertise in design thinking, applicable to digital, social, and video content.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and cloud-based tools (Figma, Adobe Express, Canva).
Familiarity with After Effects and Premiere is a plus.
Strong knowledge of emerging social platforms and trends.
Ability to oversee projects from concept to execution and distribution.
Leadership in problem-solving and project management.
