Social Listening & Insights: Use tools like Netbase, Brandwatch, and social platform analytics to uncover trends, behaviors, and competitive insights.
Strategic Recommendations: Translate data into compelling narratives that resonate with clients and align with their goals.
Innovation: Apply cutting-edge technologies, such as AI and automation, to elevate client results.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients, presenting insights and leading data-driven discussions.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 6+ years in Data Analysis and strategy, with a focus on e-commerce and retail brands.
Tools Mastery: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Facebook Insights, Social listening - Boolean queries, Brandwatch, GWIs, audience building, and syndicated research platforms (e.g., MRI, Simmons).
Strategic Mindset: Ability to distill diverse data into actionable strategies and testing plans.
Industry Awareness: Strong understanding of social media platforms, KPIs, and emerging trends.
Presentation Skills: Create and present decks that communicate performance insights clearly and effectively.
