How You’ll Make An Impact
We are seeking an experienced Director, Campaigns - Marketing Operations to help lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of our marketing operations function during a pivotal period of growth and transformation. This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and customer-facing marketing, and is critical to enabling campaigns that drive conversion and revenue across all lines of business.
As the Director, Marketing Operations, you will bring deep expertise in marketing data, systems, and campaign execution, helping us to unlock new and expanded ways to leverage data to power highly relevant, measurable customer-facing campaigns, You will lead a team responsible for translating business needs into scalable operational solutions, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements that directly inform campaign strategy and execution.
What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic leadership for Marketing Operations, translating business and revenue objectives into scalable campaign frameworks and operational standards.
- Serve as a trusted partner to Marketing leaders, guiding campaign structure, audience strategy, and measurement to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue.
- Establish and govern Quality Assurance and campaign standards that protect data integrity, customer experience, and execution quality at enterprise scale.
- Lead the use of data to expand and optimize segmentation capabilities to enable more targeted, personalized, and effective campaigns.
- Guide campaign and audience sizing strategies to support planning, prioritization, and performance forecasting.
- Oversee campaign performance monitoring and issue resolution through operational frameworks and automation.
- Own campaign logic, documentation, and operational continuity for both the legacy environment and new systems.
- Drive the successful migration to a new Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Email Platform (ESP) by setting direction, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring campaigns scale with accuracy and confidence.

What You’ll Need
- 10+ years experience with data platforms (Teradata, APRIMO, Unica, etc.) and a minimum 5+ years experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferable with Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- 5+ years of people leadership, with a track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
- Advanced understanding of and experience with Database Marketing, Database Architecture, and SQL.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, align, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini, etc.
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $160,000 - $180,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
