We are looking for
- Experience in the role of Head of Marketing/VP/CMO in OTA, traveltech, ticketing, or a global marketplace.
- Digital marketing pro: performance, SEO, CRO, funnel optimization the full spectrum.
- SEO killer: you have led projects with 300k+ monthly organic traffic in multiple languages.
- Brand strategist: you have created a brandbook, positioning, and a premium image in a competitive environment.
- English C1
- Leader: you built teams from scratch and led them to results.
- Innovator: you know how AI works in marketing, you know unconventional channels (influencers, partnerships, new tools).
- Mindset: data-driven, international experience.

Compensation package
- Base: 1012k EUR/month (~4555k PLN)
- Performance bonus: 2030% annually, linked to KPIs (reservations, SEO growth, brand milestones)
