Marketing Operations & Events Coordinator

The Marketing Operations & Events Coordinator supports the marketing team by managing vendor co-op marketing programs, coordinating events, and handling key administrative and operational marketing tasks. This role serves as an organizational hub between marketing, vendors, sales, and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently. For this position, an appreciation or interest in fashion or fine jewelry would be preferred. Applicants need to be comfortable with data reports and technical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Co-Op Marketing Management
- Manage and track vendor co-op marketing programs, including submitting claims, documentation, and reporting to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Coordinate with vendor partners to plan and execute co-op marketing initiatives.
- Maintain records of co-op budgets, activities, and program guidelines and communicate with vendors.
- Work with the marketing team to align vendor funds with campaign priorities.
Event Planning & Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company marketing events including internal, vendor, and customer events.
- Manage event logistics including budgets, invoices, registration, venues, vendors, materials, and promotional assets.
- Support post-event reporting, lead tracking, and follow-up activities.
Marketing Operations & Administration
- Support marketing campaign execution through administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams on marketing materials and campaign deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Ideal applicant has 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination operations.
- Experience managing events or trade shows is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with ad-trafficking is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with traditional advertising mediums such as print and OOH digital is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
