Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support strategic marketing initiatives in the U.S. pharmaceutical sector. This role focuses on market insights, brand visibility, digital marketing, and content development, while working closely with internal and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitors, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with internal and global teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Build relationships with industry experts, associations, and relevant partners to strengthen market presence.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, materials, and events to increase brand awareness.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including LinkedIn, CRM systems, and targeted email campaigns.
- Support and organize industry events and conferences within the U.S. pharmaceutical market.
- Develop marketing content by translating technical concepts into clear, engaging messaging.
- Coordinate content planning, editing, publication, and performance tracking.
- Monitor marketing results and report insights into leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field (advanced degree MS, PhD preferred).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, business development, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, CRM, email marketing tools).
- Strong content development skills, including technical writing and editorial coordination.
- Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams and cultures.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000
