Part-time Social media marketing manager and lead conversion specialist

About Us

True Laser Spa New York is a results-driven medical spa specializing in advanced aesthetic treatments including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, acne and pigmentation correction, body contouring, and injectables. We are looking for a creative, sales-driven Social Media Manager to maintain and grow our Instagram, tiktok, google presence while helping convert leads into booked consultations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Instagram, tiktok account daily
• Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories
• Write captions, hashtags, and promotional content
• Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
• Post before-and-after treatment content
• Respond to Instagram DMs and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into booked consultations
• Create monthly content calendars and campaign ideas
• Track social media performance, engagement, and lead conversions
• Coordinate with the team for treatment promotions, events, and seasonal offers

Requirements

• Experience managing Instagram tiktok for beauty, med spa, aesthetic, or wellness brands
• Strong content creation and video editing skills
• Familiar with Instagram Reels, Stories, and Meta Business Suite
• Excellent written communication skills
• Sales-minded with strong follow-up and lead conversion ability
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools preferred
• Knowledge of beauty and aesthetic trends is a plus

Preferred

• Experience working with med spas, dermatology, aesthetics, or beauty clinics
• Understanding of how to convert social media leads into appointments
• Local to NYC / Queens preferred for occasional in-person content shoots

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
