Social Media, Email Campaigns & Blog Coordinator

This role is responsible for creating platform-optimized digital content from firm-provided written material. Attorneys and staff supply the substantive text (blogs, outlines, updates). The coordinator converts that material into high-performing social posts, email campaigns, and website content, optimizing each piece for the platform where it will appear.
This role requires strong working knowledge of how LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, email, and WordPress differ—and how content must be adapted to perform well on each.
Content Creation & Optimization -- Transform firm-provided written content into:
Platform-specific social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) (1x wk)
Email campaigns (Zoho Campaigns or Constant Contact) (every other month)
Published blog posts in WordPress (monthly)
Optimize content for each platform’s format, audience, and engagement norms (captions, headlines, CTAs, hashtags, subject lines)
Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts and graphics
Social Media
Create and publish posts with graphics
Monitor comments and messages; respond or escalate as appropriate (low volume)
Monitor peer firms, schools, and advocacy organizations to identify posts worth engaging with
Maintain a content calendar
Email Marketing
Build and send email campaigns using firm-provided content
Segment lists and send in batches
Maintain email list and automations (Clio Grow → Zoho via Zapier or similar)
Website, SEO & Analytics
Publish and SEO-optimize blog posts
Conduct routine website checks (2x week)
Identify backlink opportunities
Review Google Analytics and report to owners (2x month)
Software & Platform Knowledge Required
Zoho Campaigns (currently in use) or Constant Contact
WordPress
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram (platform-specific posting expertise required)
Google Analytics
Zapier or similar automation tools
Canva and/or Adobe
