Overview
We are an online coaching business that acquires most of our clients through Instagram. We help people leave the 9/5 and make money online with high ticket closing. We’re looking for an Instagram Content Manager to take ownership of our Instagram execution — content planning, simple content creation, stories, scheduling, and posting.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a high-level strategy or consulting position.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning, Posting and scheduling weekly Instagram content (reels, carousels, captions)
- Creating and posting daily Instagram Stories
- Editing simple reels (talking head clips, B-roll, captions, cuts)
- Writing captions in the founder’s voice
- Repurposing content across posts and stories
- Scheduling content using Meta Business Suite or similar tools
- Keeping content organized, consistent, and on schedule

- Not a brand strategist role
- Not a high-end video editor role
- Not managing multiple platforms
- Not an agency relationship
If you prefer consulting over execution, this role will not be a fit.

Required Experience
- Managed Instagram accounts for creators, coaches, or personal brands
- Comfortable creating content independently once direction is clear
- Experience with CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite (or similar)
- Strong understanding of Instagram reels, stories, and engagement

Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Experience in online coaching, fitness, business, or education
- Familiarity with content repurposing workflows
- Basic understanding of CTAs and lead-driven content

Hours & Compensation
- Part-time, ongoing
- Monthly retainer preferred
- Rate dependent on experience and output quality
- Fully remote
