Director of Marketing - Senior Living

Qualifications

• Must have compassion and a desire to work with seniors and their families
• Professional effective verbal and written communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Passion to meet and exceed residents' expectations
• Build and promote referral sources through external marketing
• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
• Highly skilled in Microsoft applications
• Ability to develop digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Ability to work independently/self-motivated
• Professional proactive work ethic
• Comprehensive knowledge of the greater Hilton Head, SC area market

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans to include promotional programs and marketing events
• Responsible to manage leads, give tours, secure deposits and move-ins
• Create a comprehensive training program for marketing and customer service
• Manage marketing budget and monitor expenditures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field. Will consider experience in lieu of degree. Minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the Senior Living arena.
