Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing Communications, or Journalism; Master's degree preferred
Seven to ten years of progressive experience in marketing and communications
Three to five years of supervisory experience
Advanced proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software
Experience with digital marketing, audience segmentation, and effective marketing strategies
