A company is looking for a Flagship Events & Experiences Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Own and scale the flagship user conference, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences and measurable business outcomes

Design and implement scalable event systems and playbooks for future global experiences

Manage event execution, budgets, and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or large-scale conference production

Proven experience owning and scaling flagship events or user conferences with 1,000+ attendees

Strong track record of delivering events tied to pipeline, revenue, or community growth

Deep expertise in event operations, vendor management, and production

Data-driven mindset with experience in event reporting and ROI measurement
