Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder, Head of Marketing at Visional. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing sales and research efforts, analyzing market trends, and effectively communicating Visional's value proposition to consumers and partners.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Sales and Marketing: Experience in driving sales and developing marketing initiatives
Research: Proficiency in conducting market research and identifying consumer trends
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset
Experience in the retail industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Hands on experience with current marketing strategies and tactics for both B2C and B2B
Experience in Guerrilla Marketing and local acquisition

This is a critical role on our executive team for a product that is changing local ecommerce that is good for consumers, retailers and the world. The successful candidate will receive considerable equity plus compensation based on performance.
