Position Overview

Voice Up seeks a strategic Chief Communications Officer to manage our global network of Purpose Ambassadors across 2,000+ cities in 100+ countries.

This commission-based leadership role focuses on communications and marketing excellence while leveraging our established Corporate Sponsor Training Program. We offer flexible part-time to full-time options for the right candidate who embodies our core principles.

Communications Strategy

Develop cohesive messaging that embodies our foundational principles across diverse cultures and markets

Marketing Leadership

Create compelling materials and campaigns to support Purpose Ambassadors in securing corporate sponsorships

Training Implementation

Leverage our comprehensive Corporate Sponsor Training Program to equip Purpose Ambassadors with effective communication tools

Brand Consistency

Ensure Voice Up's mission and values are authentically represented across all global communications

Ambassador Development

Provide communications coaching and marketing support to grow our global Purpose Ambassador network

Commission Structure

8% Override: On all revenue generated by Purpose Ambassadors you support with communications and marketing

15-35%

Direct Commission

On personal sponsorships and partnerships you secure

5%

Training Bonus

When Purpose Ambassadors successfully implement the Corporate Sponsor Training Program

Example Earnings Potential (30% Capacity Scenario):8 Purpose Ambassadors each generating $4,000 monthly = $2,560 monthly override

Personal sponsorships and partnerships = $900+ monthly

Training implementation bonuses = $600+ monthly

Practical application workshops for business leader story development

Recruitment strategy planning and impact measurement frameworks

Ongoing support resources and certification pathways

Your role will focus on adapting these materials for Purpose Ambassadors and ensuring consistent implementation across our global network.
