Job Summary

We are seeking a fashion-loving, proactive, and innovative Digital Marketing and Merchandising Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will develop strategic marketing campaigns, craft compelling content, improve conversion on our own and affiliate ecommerce platforms, and harness the power of social media to engage audiences and drive business growth. Your expertise in digital marketing tools, content creation, and analytics will be essential in shaping our new online identity. You will work directly with the founders to create our digital community and help us foster meaningful relationships with our members. As with many start-ups, you'll have an outsized level of responsibility from Day One.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create high-quality content, including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage social media calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules and campaign launches.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights into customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitors' activities to inform decision-making.
  • Implement LLMO, GEO, AEO, AIO, and prompt-driven SEO best practice, along with keyword research techniques, to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on key metrics.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and target specific demographics effectively.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through strategic outreach and media relations.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Cloud) for graphic design and video editing to produce engaging visual content.
  • Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries promptly, and fostering a vibrant online community.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to continuously refine strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer; experience with Business Manager is required.
  • Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research tools, Google Analytics, and web analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends effectively.
  • Excellent understanding of classical branding principles combined with public relations experience to enhance brand image.
  • Ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels.
  • Experience managing paid search and advertising campaigns with measurable results.
  • Excellent proofreading skills, ensuring all content is polished and aligned with brand voice.
  • E-commerce familiarity is advantageous for integrating marketing strategies into online sales channels.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
