Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) based in Omaha, NE, with flexibility for remote work. The Fractional CMO will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, collaborating with clients to align marketing strategies with business objectives, analyzing market trends, and providing data-driven insights to optimize marketing initiatives. The role also involves leading and mentoring existing marketing teams, managing budgets, building trusted partnerships with clients, and delivering results that support business growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Strategic Planning, Marketing Strategy, and Business Development
• Proven ability in Market Analysis, Data-Driven Decision Making, and Forecasting
• Exceptional leadership skills, including Team Management and Mentorship capabilities
• Experience in Project Management, Campaign Execution, and Performance Optimization
• Strong Financial Acumen and Budget Management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Minimum of 10 years of professional marketing leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Understanding of diverse industries and ability to adapt strategies to different business models
• Experience working with or managing fractional or part-time teams is preferred
