Summary
The Sr. Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and driving growth of integrated social (organic & paid) media programs to achieve KUS’s Marketing objectives. This position will be the point of contact for various teams regarding social media performance data and insights. Manage social media planning, strategy, execution, and creative development to achieve industry leading media campaigns. Partner closely with agency partners to develop and utilize analytics to drive strategies, demonstrate ROI, and implement program improvements to increase overall effectiveness. Manage budget, including estimates, billing, and accruals. Coordinate paid social media with key company stakeholders in support of KUS’s marketing campaign objectives.
Major Responsibilities
1st Priority - 35%
National social media strategy, planning, and integration - Oversee the development & execution of KUS’s always on Social strategies.
2nd Priority - 20%
New Model Launch Strategy, Planning, and Management - Working across Marketing and with agency partners, develop and manage integrated social launch plans and channel level strategies that deliver on the overall campaign strategy. Manage budgets, including estimates, billing, and accruals.
3rd Priority - 25%
Social Content Development – Review and execute the planning, development, and delivery of social media (paid and organic) creative for launch, major campaigns, and always on to support KUS’s annual objectives.
4th Priority - 20%
Social Analytics – Manage Social Media Analytics, by platform, by creative. Oversee Social Sentiment and work closely with internal stake holders on reporting and analytics.
Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Overall Experience
- 5+ years of marketing experience (client &/or agency side)
Directly Related Experience
- 6+ years directly related social media preferred
- Understanding of Social Sentiment Tools
- Social Production experience
- Digital media, search, and SEO a plus
- Automotive OEM experiences a plus
- Agency side experiences a plus. Understanding of technology development, a plus
- Google Analytics a plus

Pay Range
$84,364.00 - $117,304
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
