The Cardio Partners Associate Vice President of Digital Marketing and eCommerce will be a dynamic and visionary leader responsible for shaping and executing the overarching vision and strategy to drive digital transformation, B2B customer engagement, and eCommerce sales growth.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a customer-first mindset to lead platform management, digital marketing and cross-functional collaboration.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the long-term and short-term digital and eCommerce strategy aligned to overall business goals across multiple storefronts
- Establish key objectives for the digital function within the broader corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals while driving innovation
- Prioritize and oversee projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience, launching new e-commerce features and optimizing digital channel performance for scalability
- Leverage data analytics and business intelligence to monitor traffic, trends, and customer touchpoints, uncovering actionable insights to drive innovation and revenue growth
- Develop and evaluate business cases for eCommerce initiatives, focusing on data-driven decision making to optimize conversion, customer retention and strategic outcomes
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders across the organization to align digital marketing channels, drive customer engagement, and identify growth opportunities
- Lead, mentor and manage the digital marketing and eCommerce teams, fostering a culture of agility, innovation and accountability
- Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that all initiatives deliver measurable ROI and contribute to organizational goals
- Utilize customer insights and analytics to personalize the digital experience, driving increasing customer lifetime value and achieving long term business objectives
Skills/Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is required, advanced degree such as an MBA or Master’s in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or Data Analytics, is preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing or eCommerce, with a strong track record of strategic leadership and measurable business outcomes
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing multidisciplinary eCommerce teams including marketing, product, creative, data/analytics, and technology functions
- Deep expertise in digital marketing strategies and techniques, including customer acquisition and retention, digital branding, and customer experience optimization with a strong understanding of B2B and B2C models
- Extensive experience in leading digital transformation initiatives driving measurable improvements in customer engagement, conversion rates, retention, and revenue growth
- Advanced knowledge of eCommerce software, (e.g. Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud), business intelligence tools (e.g. Google analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau), and AI-driven marketing tools
- A strong customer-centric mindset, with an ability to map and optimize the end-to-end online customer journey
- Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and conversion rate optimization tools to enable seamless, data driven customer interactions
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively inspire and manage high-performing teams
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and adapt to evolving business environments
