Method is seeking an experienced marketing leader to shape and execute Method's marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. This role will be the connector with GlobalLogic marketing to ensure consistent GTM messaging. You will work closely with various internal teams and external stakeholders to drive impactful, growth marketing initiatives that promote joint success.
As the Method Marketing Lead at GlobalLogic, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our digital product consultancy. You will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth opportunities by delivering innovative marketing programs that benefit both GlobalLogic and Method.
We are seeking a talented, self-driven, collaborative, and highly motivated candidate with a proven background in integrated marketing and stakeholder management. Ideally, you are a data-driven marketer who brings fresh ideas, strategic focus, and a commitment to excellence every day.
Infrequent, but required, travel is possible.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Method's marketing strategy and go-to-market efforts to drive business growth.
- Drive Method's demand generation efforts in partnership with our sales and solutions teams. This includes:
- Event Planning and execution: Plan, oversee, and execute Method events such as monthly Tech Talks to drive brand awareness and revenue generation
- Manage customer events including monthly product dinners
- Thought Leadership: manage a content calendar, and partner with colleagues in sales and solutions to produce articles, webinars and podcasts.
- Partner with the GlobalLogic Marketing Leadership team and functional marketing teams to help shape the overall company marketing strategy while representing Method's business goals - align these business goals with Method leadership
- Communications:
- Internal: Create and oversee Method communications cadence and structure for leadership and departmental information cascade
- Media: Pursue and secure media opportunities to boost Method's reputation and brand
- Social Media: Oversee social media strategy to deliver cohesive and authentic narrative
- Operations: Manage and track Method Marketing budget and program metrics to gauge impact
