As the growth hacker and first go to market hire, you’ll shape and execute how we introduce our brand to new cities. This is a hands-on role: you’ll be on your feet visiting restaurants, chatting with customers, and capturing insights to inform our expansion strategy. From guiding editorial direction across TikTok, Instagram, and our website, to incorporating customer feedback from our app, you’ll build a scalable content playbook that drives engagement, fuels growth, and sets the stage for how we dominate new markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Strategy & Expansion:
- Develop and implement a go-to-market plan for entering and scaling in new cities.
- Identify standout restaurants each week to feature in our signature video series.
Content Creation & Storytelling:
- Produce weekly FMK (F*ck, Marry, Kill) videos, offering bold culinary takes.
- Host on-the-street interviews (Street Eats) that showcase authentic local favorites.
Editorial & Platform Management:
- Oversee content calendars on TikTok and Instagram.
- Manage our website’s editorial pipeline and keep city guides updated.
Customer Engagement & Feedback:
- Field user feedback via our app to enhance user experience and features.
- Incorporate audience insights into content strategy for continuous improvement.
Influencer Partnerships & Community Building:
- Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Amplify our brand presence through strategic collaborations.
