As the Social Media and Marketing Manager for Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, you'll be at the heart of our vibrant brand, combining creativity and strategy to develop and implement marketing campaigns that amplify our unique Virgin vibe. You'll lead marketing efforts across channels, ensuring alignment with property goals, driving engagement, and positioning Virgin Hotels Las Vegas as a standout destination.
Requirements
THE NITTY-GRITTY (The Essential Job Duties)
This role will collaborate closely with Executive Director of Marketing to:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Assist in the Development and execute marketing strategies to support property objectives and brand vision
- Work with external agencies to plan and manage marketing, social and advertising campaigns for key business segments
- Content Creation & Campaign Management:
- Oversee content creation, from social media posts to writing copy, aligning with Virgin's fun, innovative tone
- Lead social media efforts and management of multiple accounts, including paid campaigns, engagement strategies, and content scheduling
- Ensure the visual and narrative consistency of all marketing materials
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports on ROI and KPIs, suggesting improvements as needed
- Collaboration & Partnerships:
- Work cross-departmentally to ensure alignment in promotions and communications
- Build partnerships to enhance brand exposure and achieve business goals
- Customer Engagement:
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social platforms in a way that embodies Virgin's personable and fun spirit
- Craft campaigns that deliver personalized experiences and drive loyalty
- Innovative Thinking:
- Stay ahead of marketing trends and explore new platforms and tools to enhance Virgin's presence
- Bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table to keep Virgin Hotels Las Vegas top of mind
- Other duties as assigned

MUST HAVE'S
- Current, legal, and unrestricted ability to work in the United States
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in writing copy
- Proficient in digital marketing, including SEO, social media management tools, and paid advertising
- Creativity and strategic thinking to develop engaging and innovative campaigns
- Experience with Influencer marketing
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions
WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE'S
- Graphic design, photography and visual content creation experience
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality marketing
THE WORKING CONDITIONS
- Lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending, and kneeling without restriction, work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT fatigue, sound, dust, cigarette smoke, and pet dander/hair
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and maintain physical stamina and mental attitude while dealing effectively with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Work is performed on site
- Schedule may include working nights, weekends, and holidays
