Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Position Status: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: Hybrid-Remote/Newport Beach, CA
Pay range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing key workload and workflows for social media, paid media and onboarding of new investment properties. The Coordinator will also work with marketing specialists to create and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that drive leads and brand engagement. Also, the Coordinator will work with senior management, investors and clients to ensure strong relationships and promote clear communications and performance measurement.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships in the community, campaign management and reporting. This position must be able to perform the following duties and manage the following areas of responsibility:
- Coordinate and manage social media activities & paid search campaigns and paid advertising campaigns
- Manage workload and workflow for new property and client onboarding
- Work with clients and investors and senior company executives on cross-departmental projects
- Coordinate and manage the company’s reputation management system and customer communications
- Support the marketing team’s initiatives through tracking and reporting on SEO, SEM and social media campaigns
- Support and coordinate web and technology development projects
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or similar field.
- Prior self-storage experience preferred but not required
- Successful record of accomplishment of sales and marketing skills in the self-storage or retail industry is preferred
- Customer service, retail sales, marketing experience is preferred

- Ability to work independently, collaborate with the WPI team, prioritize tasks, and make decisions to keep projects moving forward to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Creatively and analytically inclined with proven problem-solving capabilities
- Team player who strongly values collaboration and outside input
- Proficient in MS Office with an emphasis in Excel
- Flexible and easily adopts to change and ad-hoc requests
- Design, copywriting and Photoshop skills a plus
