Scope of Responsibility: Sabre Industries is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will lead marketing initiatives across our four main divisions: Utility, Telecom, Galvanizing and Building Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth and innovation while standardizing branding across the company.
Essential Duties:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for each division that align with company objectives, focusing on product/service promotion to drive market growth, ensuring a consistent and standardized approach to branding and messaging across all divisions.
- Create and implement brand guidelines that unify marketing efforts across Utility, Telecom, Galvanizing and Building Solutions, enhancing brand recognition and customer trust.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Work closely with product development, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on product launches, features, and customer feedback.
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring successful implementation through effective communication and standardized marketing collateral.
- Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content, to effectively communicate product benefits and features, adhering to established brand standards
- Oversee the creation and management of website content, ensuring it is on-brand, optimized for SEO, and aligns with the company's messaging and voice.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and report findings to the VP of Human Resources and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry influencers to gather insights and promote brand loyalty.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning to enhance sales effectiveness.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a desk or attending meetings.
- Occasional travel to manufacturing sites, trade shows, or client meetings may be required, involving walking, climbing stairs, and navigating varied environments.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for transporting marketing materials and equipment.
