We are seeking a Marketing Analyst with strong analytical and technical skills to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven marketing strategies and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce, data visualization tools, and a proven ability to work collaboratively while maintaining independence and accountability. Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insights: Translate marketing and sales data into actionable insights to support strategic initiatives. Synthesize complex findings into clear, concise presentations for upper management.
- Salesforce Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy in Salesforce by conducting audits and implementing updates. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and marketing automation workflows to track campaign effectiveness and sales performance.
- Business Rule Adherence: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and adhere to business rules, ensuring changes are fully tested (sandbox environments) and synchronized across all systems to avoid disruptions.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create visually compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau, Salesforce, and other tools to provide a clear view of marketing and sales KPIs.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and leadership, to align strategies and communicate findings. Present insights to diverse audiences, tailoring communication to the appropriate level of detail.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve marketing and sales processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of Salesforce experience, including customization and report building.
- 3-4 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst or in a related role.
- Demonstrated success in working with complex, customized Salesforce environments.
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of Salesforce, with the ability to identify limitations and leverage consultants when necessary.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Google Analytics, and advanced Excel functions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate both known and unknown areas of expertise clearly.
- Capability to manage and prioritize tasks independently, providing daily summaries of activities.
- Soft Skills:
- Maturity and professionalism, with a proven ability to manage remote work and adapt to a global schedule.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience presenting findings and recommendations to upper management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a global business.
- Salesforce Trailhead certification or experience with Marketing Cloud/Pardot.
- Knowledge of customer master implementations and data uploads (e.g., NetSuite integrations).
Working Conditions
