Hotel Park Ave is the newest property to be operated by Lore Group, an international hospitality company that designs, transforms, manages and operates hotel and food and drink concepts in notable cities across Europe and the United States. We deliver approachable and inspired spaces to our guests from around the world – thoughtful design and interesting use of space is at the core of everything we do.
As we prepare for our refurbishment and relaunch in 2025, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, attract new guests, and retain loyal customers. This individual will lead digital campaigns, manage social media channels, and collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance the hotel’s visibility and profitability.
Key Responsibilities as Marketing Manager:
- Work with Lore Hub to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support the Hotel Park Ave’s business objectives, including occupancy, revenue, and brand reputation.
- Understand the commercial challenges and opportunities for the hotel.
- Devise and implement innovative plans to drive hotel brand awareness, stays, and covers across all marketing channels, working to dept. budget
- Track, analyse, evaluate and report on campaign ROI in terms of brand exposure and/or commercial success through room revenue and cover growth
- Manage the implementation of the marketing strategy and activation schedule, ensuring all campaigns are planned, communicated, and launched to a high standard
- Work closely with the wider team and other departments to ensure the successful execution of campaigns
- Manage and experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels including content creation, PPC campaigns, event partnerships, PR, social media, copywriting, performance analysis to drive stays and reservations
- Coordinate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that align with revenue goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and PR agencies to maximize press coverage.
- Plan and execute on-property events and promotions to enhance guest engagement and drive bookings.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to the hotel’s brand guidelines and reflect its core values.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new marketing tools or techniques.
Professional / personal qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or luxury sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media advertising, and email marketing software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and content creation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
- Familiarity with the New York City market and its unique dynamics is highly desirable.
