CREATIVE SERVICES MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client, a national leader in fast casual dining, is seeking a talented and innovative Creative Services Manager to drive the development and execution of impactful brand initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to shape creative strategies that resonate with audiences nationwide while collaborating with a dynamic and passionate team.
The Creative Services Manager oversees the creative process from concept through production, ensuring that projects align with brand standards, meet deadlines, and remain within budget. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on collaboration, managing both internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality creative outputs across multiple media platforms.
JOB DUTIES:
- Lead creative production, maintaining high-quality standards across all work.
- Manage resource allocation to ensure projects meet brief requirements, deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including executives, project management leaders, cross-functional department teams, and franchisee partners, as well as manage relationships with external freelance creatives, artists, agency partners, and fulfillment vendors to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with brand objectives.
- Lead and manage a creative team, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development to ensure high-quality output and team growth.
- Work with the copywriting team to align creative vision with brand messaging.
- Support project managers in meeting deadlines by ensuring accountability and fostering collaboration among team members while continuously refining creative workflows to streamline processes and uphold the highest quality standards
- Maintain open communication across departments to support successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain digital assets, including managing an online photo library.
- Ensure brand trademarks are up to date and renewals are completed.
- Oversee the maintenance and updates to the brand style guide.
- Collaborate with the EVP of Marketing to maintain and enhance the creative vision, including leading concept development and execution for on-surface photography needs and programming.
- Monitor projects from initiation to completion, evaluating productivity and profitability to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and improved efficiency.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with teams, and engage stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience with design software, including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and other creative tools, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of graphic design work.
- Exceptional creativity, innovative design skills, and a strong eye for detail.
- Proven track record of supervising and mentoring creative teams, including direct oversight of graphic designers and indirect coordination with copywriters, illustrators, and other in-house design professionals, by providing leadership, establishing clear expectations, and promoting professional growth in a collaborative environment.
- Skilled in developing advertising concepts, collaborating with leaders to establish a shared vision, and managing teams and freelance partners to deliver high-quality creative outputs across various media.
- Experienced in managing complex projects by effectively allocating resources, maintaining schedules aligned with briefs and budgets, ensuring brand consistency, and fostering strong relationships with executives and partners through clear and proactive communication.
- Background in collaborating with senior leadership to maintain and elevate creative vision, with a focus on concept development and execution for photography needs and related programming.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
