Title: Global Digital Experience Strategy Specialist

What You Will Work On
As the Global Digital Experience Strategy Specialist, you are a dynamic and creative digital problem solver on our cross-functional team who supports & executes the output of our global seasonal experience strategy and experiences across all channels.
What You Will Do
- Support coordination of limited-edition product launches across all geographies with ongoing communication between multiple global and geography teams.
- Assist internal design & copy partners during the creation of storytelling deliverables to help ensure the creative output aligns with objectives, achieves goals and delivers on time.
- Collaborate with Geo partners on readiness tracking, coordinating launch dates and go-to-market plans.
- Help QA content from design through production to ensure everything comes to life as planned.
- Execute key strategic milestones, aligning to the Converse game plan. Anticipate necessary timeline shifts and serve as advocate for Experience Strategy needs. Elevate conflicting projects when necessary.
- Facilitate meetings to drive work forward: set meeting objectives, keep discussions on track, wrap-up key points, document progress/status. Communicate project status, asset readiness, etc. to stakeholders regularly and track stakeholder feedback.
- Partner with Global Digital Content/Design (GDCD) Operations to ensure resource plans are optimized for seaonal and project-based work.
- Develop and distribute written process documentation for cross-team reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners on digital tool and platform support; including but not limited to general maintance, enhancement opportunities, testing, etc.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
- 4+ years of project management or digital content experience in a corporate or agency environment required, preferably in a digital marketing or project management role for a major brand, e-commerce company or digital marketing agency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects on various levels with different and converging timelines in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence across multiple workstreams/priorities.
- Ability to work in constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and improvements in process.
- High-level thinker and idea generator, with strong attention to detail.
- Adept at communicating a vision or plan and gaining alignment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.
- Strong people skills, diplomacy and collaborative spirit.
- General understanding of UX, SEO and SEM is optimal.
- In addition, you should be passionate about at least one of the following: sneaker culture, streetwear, fashion/style, design, sports, or music. Ideally a few of them.
A Bonus If You Have…
- 1-2+ years experience on a strategic marketing/content creation team
- History of leading projects from concept to completion, applying retail and eCommerce storytelling best practices.
- Solid analytical skills to gather key business/user insights and apply these learnings to create long-term vision for content operations.
