What is the key purpose of a Marketing Specialist?
We are looking for a
Marketing Specialist to support us with executing holistic GTM plans for Taboola’s largest market, North America. As a
Marketing Specialist you will drive demand and build customer relationships across North America targeting brands, agencies and publishers. In the role, you will work on a range of marketing activities, including hosted & sponsored events, content marketing, email marketing, CRM reporting and ROI tracking. It’s a great opportunity to learn and hone a wide variety of essential marketing skills in a fast-paced and high-growth technology company.
We’re looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude that has excellent collaboration and written communication skills, and a drive to learn!

Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a marketing position, preferably in B2B
- Comfortable with remote working in an international environment
- Position includes travel (20% of the time)
What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?
- Collaborate with the regional marketing team on developing quarterly marketing plans that drive regional business growth
- Support with online and offline marketing activities from end-to-end including: ideation, goal setting, planning, messaging, creative, content, launching, and reporting
- Plan and execute customer retention activities including client entertainment events and gifting
- Maintain a pulse on industry events to determine where Taboola should be in the market to create awareness and drive demand for disparate business units and product lines
- Collaborate with different internal groups such as the sales, account management, and global marketing teams to execute on regional marketing plans
- Develop proficiency in data-based marketing reporting via Salesforce and Qliksense to measure the success of activities
- Develop a deep understanding of Taboola’s product positioning, core advantage and unique offering in order to best represent the company to different kinds of external audiences

The pay range for this position in New York is $70,000 - $85,000. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We may offer several perks as part of the compensation package that include a discretionary bonus, equity, flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) match, paid parental leave, etc.
