About the Role
As the Marketing Manager at XILO, you’ll play a key role in shaping our brand’s presence and reputation. From creating compelling content and customer case studies to managing events and social media, you’ll ensure that XILO is recognized as a leader in AI and security for insurance brokerages. You’ll also work closely with sales to craft materials and strategies that convert interest into results. This role is not at first an actual managerial role. You will be the sole marketer in the company until we're ready to hire more individual contributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop case studies showcasing the success of XILO’s customers.
- Create compelling content around AI and security tailored to insurance brokerages.
- Manage sponsorships and attendance for industry events.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on AI, security, and customer experience.
- Interview customers to create impactful marketing materials.
- Grow XILO’s social media presence through a consistent and engaging strategy.
- Market new features and updates to existing customers to drive engagement and adoption.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in SaaS marketing, with a proven ability to connect with B2B audiences.
- Strong skills in conducting interviews and market research to uncover actionable insights.
- Clear, concise, and compelling writing ability.
- Inquisitive and curious, with a knack for asking the right questions to drive deeper understanding.
- Familiarity with creating and executing a social media playbook to grow brand presence.
- Quick learner who can grasp and communicate complex topics effectively.
- Easy to work with and fosters collaboration across teams.
- Positive and motivating presence, inspiring others to achieve shared goals.
