Hey you! Torchy’s Tacos is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to elevate our damn good brand across every channel, every touchpoint, and every taco-loving heart out there. This isn’t your average brand gig. We’re talking big, bold ideas that make Torchy’s stand out in a crowded, flavorless world. You’ll lead game-changing initiatives, connect with key partners, and bring creative strategies to life—all while keeping our mission and values hotter than Diablo Sauce. What You'll Do
- Build Bold Brand Strategies: You’ll develop long-term and short-term strategies that position Torchy’s as a market leader while staying true to our one-of-a-kind identity.
These strategies will include campaign development, brand positioning, and crosschannel alignment to ensure Torchy’s shines in every space—from local markets to
national audiences.
- Own In-Store Marketing: From posters to table tents to digital menu boards, you’ll drive all guest-facing marketing efforts within our restaurants. You’ll manage seasonal promotions, LTO campaigns, and other initiatives that engage guests, support business goals, and bring the damn good vibe to life.
- Lead Integrated Campaigns: You’ll own the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns—including in-store, digital, social, and experiential marketing—that create buzz, drive engagement, and fuel sales. Collaboration with creative, field, and digital marketing teams will be key.
- Inspire and Develop Your Team: As a leader, you’ll coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and growth. You’ll set clear goals, provide guidance, and create opportunities for your team to thrive.
- Manage Vendors Like a Pro: You’ll build and oversee relationships with printers, creative agencies, and installation partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the level of quality that Torchy’s fans expect.
- Optimize Brand Performance: You’ll analyze the impact of brand and marketing initiatives using key performance metrics. By digging into data and insights, you’ll continuously optimize strategies to improve engagement, guest satisfaction, and business outcomes.
- Spot Trends and Innovate: You’ll stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and cultural moments, bringing fresh and relevant ideas to keep Torchy’s on the cutting edge of brand marketing.
- Resource Management: You’ll manage budgets, timelines, and other resources efficiently, ensuring that every dollar spent aligns with Torchy’s goals and delivers maximum impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ll work seamlessly with internal teams—creative, digital, operations, and leadership—to align brand strategies with business goals and ensure flawless execution across all touchpoints.
- Additional Duties: You’ll jump in where needed, supporting other initiatives and projects that make Torchy’s even more damn good.

What You Need
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of brand management or marketing experience with a proven track record of strategy development, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
- Leadership experience that includes mentoring, developing, and inspiring a team to deliver results.
- Proven expertise in in-store marketing, multi-channel campaigns, and brand positioning.
- Exceptional project management skills—you always deliver on time, within budget, and above expectations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing strategies based on insights.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry (bonus points if you’re taco-obsessed).
- Familiarity with creative development processes and working closely with design teams.
- Expertise in using analytics tools to inform strategies and measure success.
- A knack for identifying trends and turning insights into actionable strategies.
