Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive Marketing Operations Strategy to guide impactful B2B initiatives that align with our business goals.
- Oversee the implementation of the global marketing automation platform, acting as the primary product owner and ensuring successful integration with external partners.
- Enhance the customer experience by managing the entire customer journey and identifying areas for improvement.
- Design and implement effective marketing campaigns, targeting the right audiences and facilitating seamless customer journeys from acquisition to conversion.
- Establish and maintain performance dashboards to track key metrics for Demand Generation and Sector Marketing.
- Optimize marketing technology solutions, continuously refining the roadmap to support evolving operational needs.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to guarantee precise reporting on marketing acquisition efforts, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Create user-friendly training materials and documentation to support sector marketing teams, ensuring consistency in processes and data quality.
- Streamline systems and procedures to promote efficiency and scalability while minimizing complexity.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing operations team to address the organization's changing needs.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in marketing operations with over 10 years of relevant experience, including 7 years in a specific marketing operations role and 3 years in a managerial position.
- Proven experience with enterprise-level marketing automation platforms and the deployment of diverse martech stacks.
- A strategic leader with a solid executive presence, capable of balancing vision with hands-on execution.
- Highly analytical, adept at managing complex projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Established track record in change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with technology platforms such as Dynamics 365, Marketo Engage, HubSpot Marketing, and Terminus is preferred.
