Summary
As the Marketing Content & Social Media Lead you will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing the content strategy across all platforms, driving brand awareness and engagement, and managing partnerships and influencers. This role combines creativity with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities - Content Strategy & Development:
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the La Colombe brand, marketing goals, and business objectives.
- Content Creation & Distribution: Oversee the creation and distribution of content across web and social platforms to ensure brand consistency and maximum engagement.
- Content Calendar: Develop content calendar that integrates with product launches, campaigns, seasonal trends, and influencer initiatives.
- Content Production: Collaborate with creative team and partners to produce always on content that drives engagement and measurable results, including follower growth, engagement, collaborative posts.
- Partnerships: Leverage partnerships to increase brand awareness and drive results.
- Performance Results: Build tracking and regular cadence reports to provide visibility into what is working.
- Social Media Leadership:
- Platform Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn,) to drive brand visibility, community engagement, and growth.
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of organic social media content, optimizing performance through data analysis and trend monitoring.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on the performance of social media content and campaigns, making data-driven recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Community Engagement: Oversee social media interactions and partner with customer relations team to respond to customer inquiries and fostering positive online communities to build strong brand loyalty.
- Partnership/Influencer Marketing:
- Campaign Execution: Manage key influencer campaigns, including outreach, contract negotiation, content approval, and campaign reporting.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand advocates to maximize brand advocacy and visibility.
- Performance Metrics: Measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, track KPIs (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions), and refine strategies for optimal results.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the product, PR, and creative teams to ensure that content initiatives align with broader brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing efforts.
- Management: Work with external agencies and freelance partners to produce high-quality content or scale initiatives as needed.
Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Advanced certifications or a master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, social media, and influencer marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading successful content, social media, and influencer campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
- Extensive experience in managing and mentoring cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.), content management systems, and influencer marketing tools.
- Deep understanding of content creation and distribution best practices, including SEO, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Strong analytics and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Exceptional project management skills with experience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with paid media strategies, content advertising, and social media growth tactics is a plus.

Compensation Range: $140,000.00 - $210,000.00, plus bonus.
