Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Logo Specialist Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will guide our talented Logo Specialist team, ensuring excellence in service delivery and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily team operations, ensuring timely and high-quality customer support.
- Collaborate with senior management to assess overtime requirements and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to track team progress and effectiveness.
- Provide personalized training, mentorship, and support to enhance team members’ skills in areas including systems knowledge, communication, and conflict resolution.
- Continuously evaluate team workflows to optimize service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular quality assurance assessments to uphold high standards in logo design.
- Offer constructive feedback through periodic performance evaluations.
- Spearhead the onboarding process for new hires, crafting training schedules for seamless integration.
- Efficiently resolve complex issues escalated by team members or clients, coordinating with other departments as needed.
- Analyze performance reports to swiftly address any concerns.
- Manage the team’s PTO schedule, ensuring adequate coverage for logo requests.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations to ensure product quality and timely service.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.
- Familiarity with PULSE software is advantageous.
- Competency in MS Word, with a preference for MS Excel proficiency.
- Exceptional ability to establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills in guiding, training, and supervising team members.
- Commitment to continuous learning and proactive skill enhancement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with a creative mindset.
Qualifications
- An Associate degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience managing a customer support team within a mid-to-large business context is necessary.
