As the Social Media Manager and Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will create engaging and on-brand content, monitor social channels, and analyze performance to drive growth and engagement. This role requires a combination of creativity and analytics to optimize our online presence and connect with our audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, articles) that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and audience engagement opportunities
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community atmosphere
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance and engagement
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social platform insights)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong visual and creative skills with experience in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro)
- Proven experience in video production and editing; familiarity with drone operation is a plus.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically about brand engagement and growth
- Familiarity with SEO, social media algorithms, and content marketing best practices
