Position OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Creative Manager to join our team in Brownsburg, IN. This role combines creative direction with hands-on content creation expertise, particularly in the areas of video production, design, website development, and/or social media management. As Creative Manager, you will collaborate with leadership to shape our agency’s creative vision, manage and mentor a small creative team, and work directly with clients—particularly nonprofits and small businesses—to ensure their marketing and content needs are met. The ideal candidate will also help shape and model our company culture, leading with integrity and fostering an environment of collaboration and growth.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Creative Leadership & Direction
- Set and maintain the creative vision and quality standards for all client projects, aligning with ASH Interactive’s brand and values.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine creative strategies, ensuring deliverables meet client objectives.
- Identify trends and innovative techniques to keep our services fresh and impactful.
Content Creation & Production
- Leverage expertise in video production, graphic design, website development, and/or social media management to produce compelling, high-quality content.
- Oversee content from concept to completion, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative resources as needed, making decisions on outsourcing specialized tasks.
Team & Culture Development
- Mentor and guide creative team members, providing direction, feedback, and support.
- Foster a positive, integrity-driven culture that values communication, collaboration, and continual learning.
- Serve as a role model in demonstrating ownership, responsibility, and ethical leadership.
Client Relations
- Communicate with clients regularly to understand their creative vision, gather feedback, and deliver on expectations.
- Present proposals, pitches, and creative concepts that align with client goals and budget.
- Handle client inquiries with professionalism, problem-solving, and empathy.
Operations & Administration
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement project tracking strategies and operational systems.
- Work with outside creative businesses and contractors as necessary to fulfill client needs, keeping projects on scope and schedule.
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in a creative leadership, creative directing, or similar role.
- 4+ years of proven track record in content creation, with skills in video production, design, website development, and/or social media management.
- Experience managing or mentoring creative teams, as well as collaborating with clients and/or stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in Adobe CS, Meta and Google platforms; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Passion for serving nonprofits and small businesses is highly desired.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Compensation & Benefits- Hourly Rate: $25–$26/hour, plus commission and annual bonus
- Schedule: Full-time (M-Th on location Brownsburg, IN & remote Fridays)
