Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting cross-functional initiatives within Cava Foods. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing programs and projects that enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and team collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a passion for driving impactful results.

What You’ll Do:
Program Coordination:
- Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables for ongoing projects within Cava Foods.
- Ensure program goals align with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Facilitate communication and coordination between departments, including production, quality assurance, supply chain, marketing, and R&D teams.
- Organize and lead regular meetings, capturing actionable items and ensuring follow-ups.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve program execution.
- Support the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership.
Event & Training Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing events such as team-building activities, training sessions, and special projects.
- Ensure all logistical details are managed effectively.
The Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in program or project coordination, preferably in the food manufacturing or CPG industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on problem-solving.
- Passion for food and alignment with Cava’s mission to bring heart, health, and humanity to food.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
- For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
- Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
