Presh Marketing Solutions is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage social media campaigns for our portfolio of IT industry clients. Collaborating with our Marketing Strategists, who serve as the primary client contacts, you will drive measurable results and ensure alignment with client objectives. This role requires creativity, analytics expertise, and a passion for leveraging social media to achieve growth and engagement.
Responsibilities
Social Strategy & Management
- Collaborate with account strategists to develop and implement B2B social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Develop persona-driven, shareable content tailored for each platform.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency.
Content Creation & Curation
- Maintain editorial/content calendars for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
- Create engaging posts, long-form social content, and repurpose materials to maximize ROI.
Community Engagement
- Monitor industry discussions to identify engagement opportunities and build relationships with prospects and influencers.
- Foster community and trust by responding promptly to comments and direct messages.
Paid Campaigns & Analytics
- Strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns using Facebook Ad Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, CPC, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with account strategists to deliver performance data and strategic recommendations.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to explore innovative engagement methods.
Requirements
- Active and well-rounded presence on social media, with mastery of platform best practices.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills, combining data insights with intuition.
- Thorough understanding of Meta Ad Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a strong plus.
