Summary:
The main function of the marketing coordinator is to provide tactical support for internally and externally-focused member material initiatives. This position will focus heavily on coordinating projects, transactional work and the transfer of information both internally and to Prime clients and members.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop thorough understanding of the end-to-end member material development process (including data and printing); proactively manage timelines, milestones or risks and ensure necessary partners and leadership are informed as appropriate

- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Organization and prioritization skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, under pressure and strict timeframes, without compromising quality
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in marketing or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required.
- 1 year of work experience in marketing or a related area.
