What You Will Be Doing
- Develop consumer specific strategies to increase brand visibility, review and track performance, and communicate results.
- Support coordination with marketing and sales teams in development and implementation of business plans.
- Understand customer/patient insights and execute marketing tactics that will grow the brand and profitably.
- Helps lead marketing plan execution including packaging, sales material, digital content development, trade shows, etc.
- Lead development of communications campaign from ideation through execution.
- Partner with Regulatory and Medical Affairs to blend scientific and consumer focused messages.
- Work with Sales Team to ensure successful implementation and execution of programs
- Manage annual brand budget to support financial objectives and coordinating with Finance team on brand P&L management.
- Leadership and development of new innovation initiatives to support our base brands. (flavor, format, pack size extensions).
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring To The Job
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, business, or a related field
- 6+ years of Brand Management experience
- 4+ years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods for HealthCare industry, ideally medical nutrition, infant nutrition or supplements
- Professional, self-starter that has demonstrated leadership, planning and organizational skills
- Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills
- An ability to drive innovation and brand growth
- Strong analytical thinking, ability to analyze data and present results
- Ability to develop consumer-based strategies
- Entrepreneurial Mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills
- English: C1 – Advanced
