Influencer Marketing Strategist Location: New York, NY (Hybrid, 2 Days/Week)

Overview: We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Strategist to join a team focused on beauty and lifestyle brands. In this role, you will create and execute strategies that build strong influencer relationships and maximize brand visibility and engagement. Expertise in social media trends, analytics, and creative storytelling is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals, both earned and paid.
Manage influencer partnerships across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand values.
Oversee campaign execution, coordinating with creative teams for engaging content.
Track and analyze performance metrics, offering insights to improve future initiatives.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Foster strong client relationships, providing strategic recommendations to meet marketing objectives.
Mentor junior team members, encouraging collaboration and growth.

Qualifications:

6-8 years of influencer marketing experience with a proven campaign track record.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with influencers.
Proficiency in analytics tools and a data-driven mindset.
Experience with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Traackr, AspireIQ).
Creative thinker with a strong understanding of audience engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience with IAT-model and US campaigns; global experience is a plus.
Comfortable presenting in front of large groups and at client meetings.
Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., TikTok, Meta).
