Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Digital Commerce Growth Manager to drive the growth strategy and execution across multiple digital commerce channels, including websites, mobile apps, and social shopping platforms. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, passionate about technology, excel in the world of e-commerce, crafting innovative marketing strategies, understanding of paid media campaigns, briefing creative teams, driving sustained growth and enhance the customer experience across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Growth Strategy:
- Execute the holistic growth strategies across digital ecommerce channels (web, apps, and social shopping)
- Execute on strategies, to grow Acquisition, Retention, Conversion and AOV across channels
- Be ahead of emerging opportunities in digital commerce and lead initiatives to capitalize on them
Channel Optimization:
- Analyze and constantly optimize digital channel performance and identify areas for optimization, including user experience, engagement, and conversion
- Work closely with e-commerce teams to ensure seamless customer journeys across platforms
Marketing Activations:
- Track and optimize marketing campaigns across platforms-owned and paid, and work cross functionally with the teams to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams on briefing, and creative development
Cross-Channel Marketing Integration:
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align messaging and campaigns across digital touchpoints
- Drive innovative approaches to integrate social shopping and influencer marketing into broader growth strategies
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track KPIs and provide actionable insights on campaign and channel performance
- Insights and storytelling to convey the opportunities and areas across channels
- Present clear and concise reports to stakeholders, recommending adjustments to strategy as needed
Emerging Trends & Best Practices:
- Stay ahead of digital commerce trends, tools, and technologies
- Be passionate and comfortable with new and emerging platforms and technologies
- Bring forward recommendations for testing new strategies and platforms to stay competitive
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or growth-focused roles
- Proven expertise in managing ecommerce for retailers
- Experience with ecommerce platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau), and A/B testing frameworks
- Strong understanding of user experience design and customer journey optimization
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across teams
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in mobile app marketing and growth strategies
- Familiarity with social shopping platforms and influencer marketing. Like Tik Tok Shop, IG Shop and other influencer platforms
- Knowledge of omnichannel ecommerce strategies and consumer behavior trends
