Job Summary
This critical role seeks a Marketing Manager responsible for overseeing the organization's marketing activities and programs. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives, stay updated with the marketing environment, and manage relationships with various marketing vendors. The role includes supervising marketing staff, achieving departmental goals within budget, and ensuring marketing strategies effectively support the organization's growth and innovation objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate market research and adapt strategies based on market trends and insights.
- Manage relationships with marketing vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
- Oversee advertising, events, and public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and mentor marketing team members, ensuring projects align with departmental goals and budgets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong capability in using analytics and customer research for business decision-making.
- Excellent leadership qualities to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills across various platforms and levels in the organization.
Industry Experience
- Preferred: Experience with SaaS or enterprise products.
