What You'll Do
The
Contractor, Baseball & Softball Marketing will support the Marketing team across activities designed to accelerate brand affinity and sales growth with a focus on all marketing activities for the Wilson Baseball & Softball business as well as digital marketing for Wilson Team Sports and Golf. Additionally, this role will support our DeMarini, EvoShield, Louisville Slugger, Team.Shop, and ATEC brands in a marketing coordinator capacity.
Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Learn the Wilson Baseball & Softball marketing plan and support execution of it under the guidance of the brand manager and broader Ball glove team.
- Partner with Team Sports & Golf Marketing teams to support their Ecommerce strategy and marketing efforts. Work with Merchandising and Creative teams to bring the strategies to life on Wilson.com.
- Maintain detailed launch & event calendar across all brands that can be shared with internal stakeholders including Ecommerce.
- Support email marketing efforts by owning email marketing content calendar; ensure content is complete and deadlines are met by marketing team and agency/creative partners. Be point person for email marketing team on content calendar questions.
- Partner with Marketing Managers to identify and share out final assets for D2C channels, Advisory Staff partners, retailers and other strategic accounts; coordinate with DAM team to ensure assets are accessible and meta tagged.
- Work with Marketing Managers and Ecommerce Merchandising team(s) to manage website updates for all brands including product set-up and website merchandising requests. Coordinate with internal creative team and/or agency partners to request and deliver assets to Ecommerce Merchandisers.
- Own the post-launch review of all owned-ecommerce PDPs and key online partners for quality and consistency. Make recommendations for improvements and work directly with Ecommerce merchandising team and key online partners to complete updates.
- Perform other duties as required
What We're Looking For
This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience working for an agency or brand. Prior experience working as a contractor is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with team members horizontally and vertically; able to share ideas, problems and solution and receive feedback
- An understanding of the full Microsoft suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, are necessary. SAP experience is a bonus.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and grammar skills.
- Ability to lift 15 pounds and be active at events with long hours standing
