Pacagen (pacagen.com) is disrupting the pet and allergy industries through biotechnology-backed products. Our first products neutralize cat, dog, and dust allergens in the air and on surfaces, making life easier and more comfortable for people struggling with allergies. We have incredible initial traction (growing 30% every month at >$6M/year revenue run rate in <8 months after launch) and are actively incubating new technologies (for potentially new brands) in the immune and inflammation health spaces. We’re a venture-funded startup that is backed by some of the best venture capital firms in the space (led by Maveron) and founded by experienced and successful entrepreneurs who have built and sold nine-figure businesses before.
We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated individual to join our team and assist with our website and marketing efforts. As a Product Marketing Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to execute and test your hypotheses at a fast pace. You’ll assist with the development of our digital presence, our branding efforts, and marketing. The ideal candidate will have an eagerness to test their ideas, a hunger to learn, and proactive problem solving.
You will be mentored by and work directly with our co-founders, who built one of the fastest-growing science-backed beauty brands ever. This role is for someone who actively enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while taking on larger responsibilities within a rapidly growing organization.
Responsibilities:
● Assisting in website development.
● Developing hypotheses for improving on-page metrics.
● Executing and analyzing website tests.
● Building our back-end infrastructure.
● Promoting our online presence through SEO.
● Adapt and learn new skillsets to make the brand succeed.
Requirements:
● BS or BA in any field, but a proven track-record of high performance.
● Demonstrable experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
● Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
● Loves working in a fast-paced environment.
● Clear communication skills.
● Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
● Doesn’t take good enough for an answer.
● Constantly trying to improve themselves.
