As Senior Manager, Omni Channel Marketing, Americas, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth for Anastasia Beverly Hills in the US/Americas market. Your primary focus will be on planning, strategizing, and aligning all brand marketing efforts with company initiatives to achieve high-velocity sell-through.
You'll be responsible for executing the omnichannel and retail marketing strategy for the US, Canada, and LATAM markets, collaborating closely with the Senior Director. Together, you'll develop innovative marketing campaigns across channels to increase brand awareness, drive product sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Additionally, you'll oversee the regional budget, ensuring efficient allocation of funds to meet competitive challenges and increase market share across the region. Your strategic decisions will be crucial in driving Anastasia Beverly Hills' growth in the Americas.
Essential Job Functions
- Collaborate with Sr. Director, US Omni Channel Marketing to create and present launch plans and go-to-market strategy, adapting for each country.
- Lead monthly retailer marketing calls; act as the key marketing liaison for omni channel content requests to support retailer marketing including VM. Develop insightful briefs based on consumer behaviors, retailer trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to create marketing plans for new product launches and in-line core products.
- Design strategies and partner with VM to ensure merchandising excellence in top fragrance doors & at counters.
- Manage Regional sampling program to support new customer acquisition and ratings & reviews.
- Tailor global brand and product launch strategies to assigned regions, considering local retailer and consumer trends.
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence and customer knowledge for the Americas beauty market.
- Create or customize all promotional Marketing programs and promotional event calendar for Americas.
- Facilitate cross-functional teamwork in all business endeavors including but not limited to sales, visual merchandising, forecast/planning, media, PR, e-retail, events, and education.
- Present marketing plans to key stakeholders, including retailers, office and field teams, ensuring consistency with education programs.
- Collaborate with Sales & Global Omni Channel Marketing on planning and execution of robust omni-channel promotional strategies. Lead presentations to major retailers.
- Track retail sales performance, and analyze business trends based on marketing calendars. Run monthly sell-out reports to review rank and share performance, deep-dive into category to provide Global Marketing & local leadership with Americas market data, product performance and recommendation to adapt category offers/strategy.
- Develop and recommend pricing for key launches and assist in preparation of company price increase recommendations.
- Travel for in-person meetings with retailers and partners to develop key relationships and stay informed about retail partner's strategic plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree; Graduate degree desirable.
- 5-7+ years of experience in Marketing; preferably in luxury Beauty/Skincare industry.
- Ability to function in an entrepreneurial environment - very hands-on approach and ability to adapt to change.
- Excellent strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Superior analytical skills.
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture with a keen eye on trends and what's next.
- Strong leadership ability, able to build, motivate, and manage teams (direct report & cross-functional teams).
- Proficiency required inPowerPoint, Excel, and Circana DK.
Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $120,000.00 - $132,500.00 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
