Due to our continued success, we are expanding and looking for a talented Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team.
Your Role
We are looking for a skilled Ecommerce Coordinator to help develop and carry out our strategic online plans for our Pixi and POP brands. This individual will support management as it relates to day-to-day Ecommerce and Digital Marketing operations.
Responsibilities
- Managing products on Ecommerce sites; including product maintenance and creation, copywriting, edits and photo coordination.
- Participating and assisting in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to: email marketing, sms marketing, affiliates, paid social, paid search and search engine optimization.
- Supporting the customer service team and responding to customer related issues through written and verbal correspondence.
- Assisting in website testing to provide feedback and recommendations in regard to new features and functionalities.
- Assisting in the management of online inventory in all aspects of direct to consumer.
- Conducting market research on assigned topics; analyze and present recommendations to team.
- Constantly reviewing, monitoring and analyzing consumer behavior to drive recommendations and suggestions for related Ecommerce platforms.
- Fostering a creative, positive and collaborative work environment; always having a strategic, problem-solving attitude.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Preferred 2-3 years experience with web development or digital management
- Must have experience with Ecommerce backend systems; Shopify Plus
- Must be proficient in Google Analytics and other reporting systems
- Must be proactive, a self-starter and thrive within a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong organization skills and have a keen eye for detail
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must possess a high level of integrity and be flexible to changing conditions
- Experience in and passion for the beauty industry is a plus
