Job Overview
Rightworks is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to lead our strategic initiatives in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in running successful revenue and pipeline campaigns ideally with B2B software companies, with a focus on paid customer acquisition, SEO, and account-based marketing (ABM). This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leverage data-driven insights to achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive revenue and pipeline growth for Rightworks' suite of products.
- Lead paid customer acquisition efforts across SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and Paid Social channels, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and conversion.
- Oversee SEO initiatives, working closely with website teams to implement organic optimizations and improve search engine rankings.
- Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to target key accounts and drive engagement with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
- Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to continuously evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in B2B software marketing, incorporating innovative approaches to drive growth and competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing roles, with a focus on B2B software companies.
- Proven track record of success in running revenue and pipeline campaigns, with expertise in paid customer acquisition (SEM and Paid Social) and SEO/organic optimizations.
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) principles and experience executing ABM campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
